A Guide for Trapani Airport Transfer

Arriving at the Airport: When you land at Trapani Airport (Sicily, Trapani, TPS. Birgi International Airport) please proceed through the Passport Control and collect your luggage inside the customs area. Outside of customs, you will find the driver waiting holding a sign with your full name or, at least a sign with the company name you booked the transfer with on it. Once you identify yourself and present your voucher, you’ll be whisked off to your transport.

Booking a Transfer: Once you have booked you should receive a confirmation of your booking and a voucher by email. The voucher is the part you should take on your trip with you. It details all the information you need to know when arriving at the airport (or departure information), and provides contact details should any problems arise.

Return Journey: The day before your return transfer, we require you to re-confirm your booking. If you’re staying at a hotel it’s often easier asking them to do it for you. If you're staying at a private address you have to call us at our emergency cell phone.

Late Arrivals and Lost or Missing Luggage: If your flight is delayed on the way out, fear not. When you booked your transfer you will have entered your flight details, which will be monitored by us on the ground. Your transfer will still be waiting for you when you arrive. In case of lost or missing luggage please take note that the driver is waiting for you outside the customs area. He has no way of knowing if you missed your flight or you are tracking down your luggage. It is not possible for the driver to pass through the customs area to locate you. PLEASE be so kind as to find a solution through the Police Office to advise the driver that you are inside the customs area and notify the driver that you have arrived at the Sicilian Airport.

Children and Infants: All the transfer companies consider infants and children as full passengers. Please keep this in mind when adding your search details.
